Absolute trash hotel, we had to wait over an hour for rooms to be ready, then floor were sopping wet.No hot water and no wake up call.Very noisy, people chat for hour in the passages and there is a lot of unnecessary noise.I will never stay here again

Stayed for couple of hours due to delayed flight. Kenyan airways offered this hotel as compensation. It seemed quite far from the airport. Clean, tidy rooms. The hotel offers dining rooms and cafe.

I stayed here because Kenya Air was late for my connection and they paid for it. It has all the basics; air conditioning, refrigerator and coffee maker in room, currency exchange and bar. The location sucks though.

Kenyan Airways has provided this hotel due to a delay in the flight and we had to pay for another hotel and shift there as it's a very poor category hotel and the area is also very low line.

Stuck here by Kenya Airways. Service was great. Food was edible. TV not working properly. Would not recommend.

Close proximity to airport other roads serving the city and beyond. Breakfast was included and made to order. Great customer focus and service.

2 years ago was excellent In everything. This year I stayed room 16 the corridor was smelly and in the room somethings that client should have in the toilet eg toilet mats and slippers were not there I also needed help with my suitcases since I had a baby but I was left to drag 3 suitcases to the lift plus baby pram.Otherwise other services was good .
